About

In response to their new work The Time Machine, join Jordan & Skinner, plus special guests, for a free pre-show panel discussion on what the future looks like for the intersectional feminist movement.

An opportunity for conversation and debate around the themes and ideas in The Time Machine: A Radical Feminist Retelling (on stage at the Traverse from Thursday 3rd - Saturday 5th November).

Hosted in the bar before the first performance, this informal discussion will bring together exciting minds from the fields of academia, literature, activism and theatre to talk about what the future looks like for the intersectional feminist movement.

Panellists and audience will reflect on the huge challenges we are likely to see for the movement in the next 1—50 years, as well as speculating on the further future - 100, 200 and 1000 years ahead.

The panel will include Marian Blythe (MB) (she/her), Z. K. Abraham (she/her), Dr Joan Haran (she/her) and Caitlin Skinner (she/her). Find more information about each of the panellists below.

Just like the show itself, expect a mix of the fun and the profound, anger and hope, darkness and light.

Existing ticket-holders for the The Time Machine: A Radical Feminist Retelling are invited to reserve their place for this thought-provoking pre-show talk
